There’s a version of my life that looked beautiful on paper.
Two business degrees. A thriving career in advertising. Global campaigns. A full passport. A full calendar. A marriage. A house in the city. All the things women like us are taught to want—and work our asses off to achieve.
But inside? I was quietly falling apart.
I changed agencies six times. Took a sabbatical. Traveled to India three separate times looking for answers. Ended a long-term marriage. Started over. Fell in love again. And ended that relationship, too. I read the books. Went to therapy. Practiced yoga. Meditated. Hustled. Numbed. Tried harder.
By the time I found myself curled up on a bathroom floor, moments before pitching yet another global ad campaign, I knew—I couldn’t keep doing this. My body was waving the white flag. I was anxious, depleted, numb, and completely disconnected from myself.
I pitched the campaign. (We won it.)
Then I went home, climbed into bed with a journal, and finally asked the questions I’d been running from:
Who am I?
What do I need?
What do I actually want?
They weren’t easy. They didn’t come with neat answers. But they became the beginning of everything real.
Why I Turned to Health Coaching
Because no smoothie, no planner, no new job title ever got to the root of it.
I wasn’t lacking information—I was drowning in it.
What I needed was alignment.
What I needed was to come home to myself.
What I needed… was a complete reimagining of success, health, and identity.
So I studied. Got certified as a mindset and behavior coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Revisited my postgrad work in clinical psychology. Dug into nervous system science, identity work, and the patterns that keep high-achieving women stuck on a life that looks good—but doesn’t feel like theirs.
What I Do Now
Today, I help high-performing women—executives, creatives, caretakers, leaders—who are tired of performing their way through life. Women who are wildly capable but quietly crispy. Who’ve lost themselves in the roles, the rules, the relentless pace of proving.
Through my signature program, Unbinding Burnout, I walk with them through the real work:
Not productivity hacks.
Not toxic positivity.
Not spa days wrapped in guilt.
But…
A custom coaching plan rooted in their real values
Honest conversations (the kind you don’t have to filter)
Nervous system tools for safety and capacity
Support between sessions—because healing doesn’t happen on a schedule
A community that sees past the mask
This isn’t self-help in stilettos.
It’s soul work, wrapped in strategy—with a side of sarcasm and matcha.
Why This Work Matters
Because burnout isn’t just about working too much.
It’s about living out of alignment for too long.
It’s the emotional tax of pretending to be fine.
It’s the cost of outsourcing your worth to the version of you who had to survive—but isn’t who you are anymore.
I believe health coaching—real, human, behavior-based health coaching—is the future of wellness.
Because we don’t need more “shoulds.”
We need space.
We need tools.
We need truth.
And when women are met there—when they stop performing and start listening—everything changes.
If you’re nodding along… if you’re holding it all together but quietly wondering “how much longer can I keep this up?”—I see you.
You don’t need to burn your life down.
You just need to stop abandoning yourself in it.
