For nearly twenty years, I lived by the script I was handed. I earned the degrees, climbed the agency ladder, built the relationship that looked right on paper… and ignored every whisper from my body telling me something was off. When the misalignment grew too loud to outrun, I did what most high achievers do — I tried to fix it externally.
New career. New city. New relationship. More travel. More spiritual retreats. More escape.

But with every reinvention attempt, the dysfunction deepened. Anxiety took over. Depression followed. Substances became the only way I could outrun the truth for a few more hours. Eventually, my body called my bluff… and shut down the entire system.

Rock bottom wasn’t a moment — it was a mirror. And it showed me the one thing I hadn’t tried: looking inward. For the first time, I asked questions I had avoided my entire life:
What do I need? What do I value? Who am I without the roles, the expectations, the performance?

Those questions became my turning point. Slowly, with tiny habits, honest reflection, nervous system healing, and a values-first framework, I rebuilt my life from the inside out — not by pushing harder, but by pausing with purpose.

Today, I live from a foundation of peace, clarity, and self-trust. And I created By Way of Grey so others don’t have to lose themselves the way I did.

Through coaching, retreats, digital tools, and behavior-based methodology, I help people uncover the root of their distress, reclaim their voice, and design lives aligned with their values, strengths, and truth.

Because when you finally build from who you are… everything becomes possible again.
