You've Built an Impressive Life. So Why Does It Feel Like This?
You know what to do. You've read the books, taken the courses, downloaded the apps. And still — you're exhausted, disconnected, or running on a version of yourself you barely recognize.
This is where that changes.
- Free 20-minute call. No pitch. No pressure. Just a real conversation.
CORPORATE WELLNESS STRATEGY · EXECUTIVE COACHING · INDIVIDUAL TRANSFORMATION
Your people aren't underperforming. They're overwhelmed by systems built for output, not for human beings.
Most organizations are asking the wrong question. It's not "why aren't they more motivated?" it's "why are we burning through our best people?"
I partner with companies to support their managers and leaders on a level deeper than executive coaching; reducing burnout, rebuilding capacity, and designing ways of working that actually fit the humans doing the work.
THE PROBLEM
Wellness Theater Isn't a Strategy.
Most corporate wellness programs are built to check a box. They're a yoga class on a Tuesday, an EAP nobody uses, and a Slack channel called #wellness that's been dead since March.
Meanwhile, your best people are burning out quietly. Your managers are overextended. Turnover is expensive, and you already know it — you just don't have the data to prove it to leadership or a clear path to fix it.

THE METHODOLOGY
We Don't Guess. We Diagnose.
Every engagement with By Way of Grey follows the same foundational methodology — because real change requires real data. Before we recommend a single workshop or program, we understand what's actually happening inside your organization.
The Organizational Wellness Audit. We review your benefits, employee handbook, engagement data, exit interviews, Glassdoor signals, and conduct structured employee interviews. We map what's real before we prescribe anything.
- This is what separates a wellness strategy from wellness theater.
TIERS OF ENGAGEMENT
Choose How Deep We Go.
Every engagement starts with the audit. From there, you choose how deep we go. All tiers are built on real organizational data — not assumptions, not a pre-built curriculum pulled off a shelf.
STANDALONE + ADD-ON OPTIONS
Not Every Organization Needs a Full Engagement to Start.
These standalone offerings are available independently — or can be layered into any tier as additional programming.
| Offering | What It Is | Investment |
|---|---|---|
| Keynote / Speaking Engagement | Single-session keynote for leadership summits, all-hands events, ERG programming, or conference appearances. Customized to your audience. | $3,500 – $8,500 |
| Workshop — Single Session | One standalone workshop from the signature topic menu or a fully custom session for your team. | $2,500 – $5,000 |
| Workshop Series (3–6 sessions) | A cohesive multi-session series for a specific team, cohort, or org-wide initiative. | $6,000 – $18,000 |
| Small Group Coaching Cohort | Coaching for ERGs, manager cohorts, or high-potential programs. Behavior change in a community container. | $4,500 – $12,000 |
| Leadership Team Intensive | Half or full-day facilitated experience for executive or leadership teams. In-person or virtual. | $5,000 – $15,000 |
| Transitional Support (Severance Coaching) | 1:1 coaching for departing employees during reorgs or reductions. Protects employer brand, reduces litigation risk, and genuinely helps people land well. | $3,500 – $5,000 per person |
| Virtual Yoga + Breathwork | Standalone or series. Company-wide virtual sessions or private team sessions for nervous system regulation and recovery. | $500 – $1,500 per session |
WHO WE WORK WITH
Built for Organizations Where Performance Culture Has a Cost
We work best with companies where burnout isn't hypothetical — it's a retention problem, a culture problem, or a leadership problem that's starting to show up in the numbers.
Professional Services Firms
Law · Consulting · Accounting · FinanceGallup, 2025
Where billable hours and utilization targets are the air everyone breathes — and burnout is structural, not personal.
High-growth · Engineering-led · Product teams
High-growth · Engineering-led · Product teams
Where the pace is relentless, the talent war is real, and "we have a ping-pong table" stopped working in 2019.
Marketing + Advertising Agencies
Creative agencies · Integrated shops · Boutique firms
Where client-first culture quietly becomes self-last culture. Especially relevant during growth or transition periods.
Mid-Market Companies
50–500 employees
Where you're past startup scrappiness but not yet resourced like an enterprise — and every departure costs more than you can afford.

What HR Leaders Usually Ask
EAPs are reactive — they address crisis-level mental health after the fact. By Way of Grey works upstream, preventing the burnout that drives EAP utilization in the first place. We're the proactive strategy your EAP was never designed to be.
Our primary range is 50–500 employees for Tiers 1 and 2. The Fractional CWO model is well-suited for organizations of 100–2,000 employees. If you're smaller or larger, reach out — we'll tell you honestly if we're the right fit.
The audit exists partly for this reason. When we complete the Organizational Wellness Audit, you walk away with data, a gap analysis, and a prioritized recommendation roadmap — all of which are designed to be presented to leadership. Many clients use the audit findings as the internal business case for the full engagement.
Turnover costs between 50–200% of an employee's annual salary depending on role and level. A 10% reduction in regrettable attrition at a 200-person company typically generates six figures in retained value — often paying for the entire engagement in one cycle. We measure engagement scores, burnout index, workshop impact, and behavior change indicators across every engagement.
