Hi! I'm so glad you're here!
There was a moment, sitting on a bathroom floor, unable to hold myself together. Me, a successful, married VP of National Advertising, minutes from pitching a global ad campaign to a Fortune 100 company, when it hit me: I had come to a crossroads.
After 20 years of grinding to “do all the right things”. My body was waving the white flag. I was burnt out, riddled with anxiety and depression, numbing just to function, and completely disconnected from who I was.
But rock bottom wasn’t the end of my story—it was the beginning.
I wiped my tears, walked into the boardroom, won the pitch... and then went home and crawled into bed with a journal and questions I’d never let myself ask: Who am I? What do I need? What do I actually want?
Those questions took weeks, months, years to answer, but eventually changed everything.
Today, I’m a certified mindset and behavior coach (Institute of Integrated Nutrition), with dual business degrees, postgraduate studies in Clinical Psychology, and a lifelong obsession with the why behind human behavior. I created the Unbinding Burnout program to help high-performing women break free from lives built on survival mode—and finally build from alignment, agency, and truth.
I live in Atlanta, GA, with my canine sidekick, Louie. I believe healing happens when we stop performing and start listening to our bodies, our desires, and the truth we’ve buried for too long.
Love, Laura
